Hello, I have ordered my book Last Vampire, since more than 1 month. And still haven’t received any update upon the shipping details. I have already paid everything
Can someone please help?

The book was great - but the use of Evri as the delivery company was not. I don’t think their driver even bothered to look at the address, he drove past my clearly signed house to deliver it to a flat in a gated community. It took me almost two weeks to find my book. I’d pay a bit more for delivery to actually get the book delivered.

I have been searching for an out of print art book for quite a while. AWESOME BOOKS had the book, and to my surprise, it was described as NEW & was very reasonable priced. It was a very large book, so I really doubted it would arrive undamaged. They packaged the book so well that it arrived just fine. Well done to them. Excellent experience all around.

I love Awesome Books because of their cheap books that are unique, hard to find titles and I am a repeat customer. It's like an online used book store full of surprises! However, I was dismayed to find out that the shipping rates to Canada have changed, without any explanation or warning until just before I was about place my order. I still ordered, but the increased overseas shipping may make me think twice about ordering in the future, unfortunately.

There was one book I wanted, "A Summer Lease", which I had read and owned years ago but had loaned to someone and it was never returned. AwesomeBooks had that book and, browsing their stock, I couldn't resist a second one so bought two books. Both books were in good, clean condition and were delivered very quickly, especially pleasing as the delivery was free and I expected a slow process.

Always a great choice of books and excellent quality second hand books too. Can't fault any order I get from Awesome Books. Also really quick delivery

Impressed with the service from Awesome Books. I have ordered from them before and this has been consistent. Alarm bells did ring when I discovered my order was to be delivered by the dreaded Evri courier with whom I and seemingly everyone I know has had massive problems... however, on this occasion my order arrived without the usual Evri issues.

Ordered a book 11 days ago, not heard a word since the confirmation email. They're certainly past the 3-5 day delivery window.
Automated answer phone during office hours, no response to my email or completed enquiry form.
Now I just want a refund, but wondering how I'll obtain it.
The book was cheaper on Amazon and I'd be half way through it by now. There are good alternatives to Amazon, also with free delivery, but Awesome Books are not one of them!
I note that they comment below on all the 5* reviews, but don't seem to have anything to say about those who have left poor ones...

New website is user-friendly. Excellent range of subjects. Prices for used books which in general I buy are reasonable. Overseas shipping is inexpensive. Packaging of purchases has improved.

I've ordered some books from AwesomeBooks and they arrived safely and in good condition, but most important, they didn't stop at customs. It is also a good option to find books difficult to find in other stores.

Miss Emily really enjoyed receiving the set of Jane Austen books, which were a present from the reviewer. They were delivered in good time and in excellent condition. All credit to Awesome Books, thank you.

As before I was pleased to find books to add to my collection at a reasonable price both for the books themselves and shipping. The only odd thing about the experience was the online status. Since I'm in Canada, shipping times were listed as from about 7 - 14 days and I think before, they have usually arrived in about 10 days. This time I went online to check my order to estimate when it would arrive and after about 10 days it was just showing "processed" and not shipped. I was alarmed and sent a message asking if there were any problems. I didn't hear back but the next day the books arrived so I wrote back saying that they had arrived.

Have now bought 2 books from Awesome, and received great service on both purchases. Hardback books for less than paperbacks would cost...and both in excellent condition. Free delivery was quick and efficient.
